Foxglove Community Garden in Beautiful Crofton-by-the-Sea

The Foxglove Community Gardens is a pleasurable approach to offering the community an opportunity to participate in a common project, bringing young people from the surrounding schools, apartment and city dwellers who no longer have access to a garden, and Seniors, together in a meaningful activity.

The project offers the opportunity for graduating highschool students to acquire their community service requirements. Students from the Chemainus High School are already involved in designing and manufacturing the formal FOXGLOVE sign and producing garden ornaments and birdhouse collections.

Art Escape Mixed Media Art Retreats

Art Escape is a 3-day retreat where you will learn to use paper, fibres, paint, ink, recycled jewelery and found objects to create a lasting keepsake.

All workshops take place at the beautiful and peaceful Oceanview Retirement Community in Crofton, BC.
